1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Maison HN website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Products & Pricing
- We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
- Colors and details may slightly vary from images due to screen settings.
- All prices are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT.
3. Orders & Payment
- An order is confirmed upon receipt of an electronic confirmation message.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, Mada, and other approved methods.
4. Intellectual Property Rights ⚖️ All content published on the Maison HN website — including but not limited to:
- Designs and artwork inspired by Saudi art and culture
- Photography and video content
- Logo and visual identity
- Text, product descriptions, and marketing content
is the exclusive property of Maison HN and is protected under Saudi Arabian intellectual property law and applicable international agreements.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Copying or republishing any content without prior written permission
- Using designs or artwork for commercial purposes
- Claiming ownership of or modifying any published materials
- Using the brand logo or trademark in any unauthorized manner
Violations may result in legal action under applicable laws.
5. Limitation of Liability Maison HN shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the website or products, beyond the value of the paid order.
6. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom.
7. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes via email or on the website.

1. القبول بالشروط باستخدامك لموقع Maison HN أو إجراء أي عملية شراء، فإنك توافقين على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنتِ لا توافقين على أي بند، يُرجى عدم استخدام الموقع.
2. المنتجات والأسعار
- نحتفظ بحق تعديل الأسعار أو إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
- الألوان والتفاصيل قد تختلف قليلاً عن الصور بسبب إعدادات الشاشة.
- جميع الأسعار بالريال السعودي وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة.
3. إتمام الطلبات والدفع
- يُعتبر الطلب مؤكداً بعد استلام رسالة التأكيد الإلكترونية.
- نحتفظ بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالات الاشتباه بالاحتيال أو الأخطاء في الأسعار.
- طرق الدفع المتاحة: بطاقات الائتمان، مدى، وغيرها من الطرق المعتمدة.
4. حقوق الملكية الفكرية ⚖️ جميع المحتويات المنشورة على موقع Maison HN — بما تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- التصاميم والأعمال الفنية المستوحاة من الفن السعودي
- الصور الفوتوغرافية ومقاطع الفيديو
- الشعار والهوية البصرية
- النصوص والأوصاف والمحتوى التسويقي
هي ملكية حصرية لـ Maison HN ومحمية بموجب نظام حماية الملكية الفكرية في المملكة العربية السعودية والاتفاقيات الدولية ذات الصلة.
يُحظر صراحةً:
- نسخ أو إعادة نشر أي محتوى دون إذن كتابي مسبق
- استخدام التصاميم أو الأعمال الفنية لأغراض تجارية
- ادعاء الملكية أو التعديل على أي من المواد المنشورة
- استخدام الشعار أو العلامة التجارية بأي شكل غير مرخص
المخالفة تعرّض صاحبها للمساءلة القانونية وفق الأنظمة المعمول بها.
5. حدود المسؤولية لا تتحمل Maison HN المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات، بما يتجاوز قيمة الطلب المدفوع.
6. القانون المطبق تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية، وأي نزاع يُحسم أمام الجهات القضائية المختصة في المملكة.
7. التعديلات نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سيتم إشعار العملاء بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الموقع.
