Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Orders are confirmed and processed within 2–3 business days of payment receipt. You will receive a confirmation message once fulfillment begins.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays.

3. Order Tracking A tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated based on destination and order weight, and are clearly displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery Delays Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or public holidays. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

6. International Shipping

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Maison HN is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

1. معالجة الطلبات

 ستصلك رسالة تأكيد عند التنفيذ وتسليم الشحنه لشركة الشحن.

2. مواعيد التوصيل

أيام العمل لا تشمل أيام الجمعة والسبت والعطل الرسمية.

3. تتبع الشحنة 

تقوم شركة الشحن بإرسال رقم تتبع الشحنة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية عند شحن طلبك.

4. رسوم الشحن 

تُحسب رسوم الشحن بناءً على الوجهة ووزن الطلب وتظهر بوضوح عند إتمام الشراء.

5. التأخير في التوصيل 

قد تتأثر مواعيد التوصيل في حالات خارجة عن إرادتنا كالظروف الجوية أو العطل الرسمية. في هذه الحالات سنتواصل معك فوراً.

6. الشحن الدولي

• قد تخضع الطلبات الدولية لرسوم جمركية يتحملها العميل.
• Maison HN غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير ناتج عن إجراءات الجمارك.
